By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to the countries of the EU and to the United States.

  • 14 DAYS RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return an item and want a refund, please notify us within 14 days after delivery via email to contact@madeinsea.co If you have found a defective product, then please send us a picture of the damaged product. We will send you a new item at no additional cost, and if you no longer need the item, we will refund the entire order amount on the card you used while shopping. If you have ordered the wrong product and want to exchange it, then return shipping charges are your responsibility.

Return Address

Since most of our products are send directly from our warehouses and suppliers in EU, Asia and USA, the return address may vary depending the original location of the items.

The product should not be used. Once we have received the product, we will refund the order amount on the card you used when you made the purchase.

 

  • RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@madeinsea.co . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return your product, you should contact us via mail.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach to you may vary.

 

  • EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at contact@madeinsea.co .

 

  • RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

 

  • REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 

Refund Period:

It takes 5-7 business days for the customer to receive a refund. We return the money to the customer’s card after receiving the goods.

Please note that we return the money immediately to the customer’s card after receiving the goods back. Still, their bank usually takes 5 -7 working days to process the refund and deposit it into the customer’s credit card account.
